Abstract

Couples will be able to register for the court marriage from anywhere. Registration for the online exists but our way is way different from the existing ones. Sometimes when bride and groom are from different relig ions or caste. Then, it becomes problematic when they apply for court marriage traditionally as one has to wait for the long hours to just even apply for the procedure. Our projects aim to solve this problem. In India, marrying in another caste except yours always results in a strong resentment from your community. The couple who dares to defy this so called stringent social norm from their communities are often results in being killed by their own families to preserve their honor or in short, honor killing. After analysis of large-scale survey data done by Indian Human Development Survey 2011-12, it has been found out that inconsequential rise in the social incongruity from 1951 to attain 4.5% in 2012. It is most prevalent in the northeastern region (11.6), but at-least in caste ridden central India (1.8) [1].
