A Research Methodology Connecting Meta-Analysis and the On Line Tools for an Automotive Service Center

Abstract

This work is aimed at exploring a research methodology that integrates meta-analysis with an online approach for data collection and keyword generation from analytical outputs, thereby developing scope for future researchers. Initially, a comprehensive study was conducted to collect data through meta-analysis, research synthesis, and research integration from the available literature. Subsequently, online surveys were carried out to verify whether the results obtained from research integration are consistent with actual observed results. Based on this comparative evaluation, the final results were documented.
