Abstract

Globalizing research through the transformation of research practices using the latest research tools (rooted in redefined educational research) is the motto of the present era. In this context, a review highlighting Six Sigma as an add-on has been considered in combined studies of service quality and living standards, along with descriptive statistics, as part of this research approach.
