Abstract
Thermodynamics of Liquid Crystals play vital role in applications of Engineering and Technology. Wide range of Liquid Crystals were entered in the market and research, however, the very basic mesogens are Alkyl and Alkoxy Benzoic Acids. The current work focused on the comparison and correlations between these two compounds in terms of statisitical parameters with variation of temperature and using Image Analysis method. Both the compounds show strong nematic nature above room temperature and Homogeneity of Alkoxy Benzoic Acids found strong than that in the compounds of Alkyl Benzoic Acids.
